You will collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to drive data quality, integration, and governance, while mentoring teammates and promoting best practices in data engineering.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Software Engineering, or Computer Science.
• Experience designing and implementing scalable data solutions with a focus on quality and security.
• Proven ability to collaborate with business and technical teams to enable data-driven decisions.

Position Summary

Responsible for designing, developing, optimizing, and supporting scalable data solutions that enable reliable, secure, and efficient access to information across the organization. This role ensures data quality, integration, and availability by collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams to drive data-driven decision-making and continuous operational improvement.

Additionally, the position is responsible for establishing and maintaining data management practices that ensure the consistency, traceability, and quality of information across enterprise systems and global business functions.

Knowledge and Skills

• Data engineering, ETL/ELT processes, and data modeling.


• SQL, databases, and digital platforms.


• Data quality management and data governance principles.


• Data integration, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.


• Software development methodologies and best practices.


• Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, Apache Spark, and Azure Data Factory.
  

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize planning tools, metrics, and dashboards to monitor project progress and performance.


• Promote continuous improvement of processes, standards, and data engineering best practices.


• Ensure alignment and effective communication between global and local teams.


• Provide technical support, guidance, and mentoring to team members.
