Lear Corporation in Apodaca Plant, Ciudad Apodaca, Nuevo León, Mexico, is seeking a Test Engineer to participate in ICT and FLASH testing across SMT production. You will ensure products function correctly, implement test specifications, and support maintenance of test equipment.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Electronics Engineering or related field, has 3+ years ICT & FLASH experience, and is proficient with PowerBI. The role offers growth in a global electronics division.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or related.
• PowerBI experience.
• 3+ years ICT & FLASH experience.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure, through ICT and FLASH testing processes, that our products are functioning correctly at SMT level.
• Implementation of test specification requirements (ICT, FLASH), detecting any defective components or processes to provide feedback to the appropriate departments.
• Resolve problems inherent to the operation of the hardware and software of test equipment.
• Attention and resolution of problems related to the operation of the different production systems.
• Maintain test equipment in optimal conditions by managing preventive maintenance.
• Interpretation of Test Spect and implementation of the same on test equipment.
