La posición involucra desarrollo de interfaces front-end y automatización utilizando Python, además de colaboración con equipos multidisciplinarios para optimizar procesos. Se requiere licenciatura en un campo relevante y al menos 1 año de experiencia. Se ofrece un entorno laboral dinámico y colaborativo en Mexicali.

Formación

• Se requiere al menos 1 año de experiencia en la industria de semiconductores o en proyectos de análisis de datos.
• Conocimiento sólido en desarrollo front-end.
• Experiencia con herramientas BI como Tableau o Power BI.

Responsabilidades

• Diseñar y desarrollar interfaces front-end para aplicaciones internas.
• Crear y mantener scripts de Python para automatización.
• Colaborar con equipos de ML/AI para integrar modelos predictivos.

Conocimientos

Desarrollo front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)

Descripción

This position is responsible for designing and implementing technology solutions that drive innovation across the semiconductor industry, including areas such as design, manufacturing, testing, and data analysis. The role involves developing intuitive front-end interfaces, automating workflows using Python, and integrating Business Intelligence (BI) tools to deliver actionable insights.

A key focus is problem-solving and identifying opportunities to use data analysis to improve processes, reduce inefficiencies, and support strategic decision-making. The candidate will work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including ML/AI specialists, to expose and operationalize predictive models, ensuring seamless integration into business applications. This position requires a proactive mindset to propose solutions that transform data into value for the organization.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop front-end interfaces for internal applications focused on data visualization and analytics.
• Create and maintain Python scripts and tools for automation and advanced data processing.
• Integrate BI solutions to build interactive dashboards and reports that enable data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with ML/AI teams to expose predictive models and ensure proper integration into operational workflows.
• Analyze data trends and propose innovative solutions to optimize processes and solve complex business challenges.
• Validate application functionality and performance in production environments.
• Document processes, prepare technical reports, and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Experiencia y Habilidades Requeridas

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum Experience: At least 1 year in the semiconductor industry or in projects involving data analysis and application development.
• Strong knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, frameworks such as React or Angular).
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation. Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
• Familiarity with ML/AI concepts and their integration into applications would be a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven solutions.
• Ability to work in collaborative, results-oriented environments.

Experiencia y Habilidades Deseadas

• Experience in projects involving process optimization within the semiconductor industry.
• Knowledge of REST APIs and microservices for exposing ML/AI solutions.
• Experience with SQL databases.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Strong communication skills and ability to present results to multidisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of version control tools (Git) and CI/CD practices.
