Flex is seeking a Senior Test Engineer based in Flex GDL South to lead and improve test systems for electronic products. You will collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing to troubleshoot failures, develop test programs, and ensure reliable processes in production.

The role requires 4+ years in test engineering, expertise with AOI/X-Ray, and programming with Python or LabVIEW, plus strong English skills. Join us to drive test excellence in a dynamic environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer, Mechatronics Engineering or related field.
• 4+ years in Test Engineering, preferably electronics manufacturing.
• Experience developing and troubleshooting electronic test systems.
• Experience with In-Circuit, Functional, or System/Software Testing.
• AOI and X-Ray inspection experience.
• Test equipment such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and multimeters.
• Programming with Python, LabVIEW, Perl, TestStand or similar.
• Knowledge of DFT, root cause analysis, test coverage, and yield improvement.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead technical projects.
• Advanced English.

• Evaluate and implement new test technologies, tools, and procedures.
• Ensure test processes meet product, quality, reliability, and manufacturing requirements.

Job Summary:

The “Senior Test Engineer” will be based in Flex GDL South, reporting to Test Engineering Manager.

The Senior Test Engineer leads and supports the development, integration, validation, and improvement of test systems for electronic products. This role works closely with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and technical teams to troubleshoot test failures, improve yields, develop test programs, and ensure reliable test processes and equipment in production.

Principle Accountabilities:

• Lead and coordinate test engineering activities for electronic products and systems.
• Develop, modify, and support test programs for electronic products.

Education / Experience

• 4+ years of experience in Test Engineering, preferably in electronics manufacturing.
• Experience developing and troubleshooting electronic test systems and equipment.
• Experience with In-Circuit, Functional, or System/Software Testing.
• Experienci with AOI’s & X Rays.
• Experience with test equipment such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and multimeters.
• Programming experience with Python, LabVIEW, Perl, TestStand or similar languages.
• Knowledge of DFT, root cause analysis, test coverage, and yield improvement.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead technical projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Advanced English.
