Placements24 is seeking a skilled Terapiesta Corporal y Masajista Profesional for our client, a spa and wellness center in Tlalnepantla, State of Mexico. The role focuses on Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, and other modalities to support client well-being.

You will assess clients, design personalized treatment plans, educate on self-care, and maintain confidential records. On-site, with some weekend availability, you will contribute to a serene environment and deliver excellent service

Qualifications

• Licensed massage therapist with at least 3 years of professional experience.
• Proficiency in multiple massage modalities and therapeutic techniques.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology.
• Excellent palpation skills and ability to identify tension.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding techniques.

This on-site role requires a deep understanding of human anatomy, various massage techniques, and a commitment to client well-being. You will be responsible for performing a range of massage therapies, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, and potentially others, tailoring treatments to meet individual client needs. Key Responsibilities

Administer treatments with a focus on client comfort, safety, and therapeutic benefit. Educate clients on the benefits of massage and recommend self-care strategies. Maintain accurate and confidential client records, including treatment plans and progress notes. Ensure a clean, safe, and tranquil spa environment, adhering to all hygiene standards. Sterilize all equipment and tools regularly. Stay informed about current trends and best practices in massage therapy and bodywork. Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.

Requirements

Licensed Massage Therapist with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience. Proficiency in multiple massage modalities and therapeutic techniques. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology. Excellent palpation skills and the ability to identify areas of tension and discomfort. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively consult with clients. A calm, professional, and empathetic demeanor. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding techniques. Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and professional ethics. Willingness to work on-site in Tlalnepantla, State of Mexico , including some weekend availability. Certification from an accredited massage therapy school is required.
