Role Overview
We are looking for the best talent to join our team as a Telemarketing Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Build, lead, and motivate a team of telemarketers, ensuring they meet performance targets and maintain a positive work environment.
- Develop and implement telemarketing strategies and campaigns that align with the company’s business goals and drive sales and customer engagement.
- Track and evaluate team performance through KPIs and regular reporting, ensuring the team consistently meets or exceeds objectives.
- Conduct regular training sessions to ensure team members are equipped with up-to-date product knowledge, effective sales techniques, and best practices.
- Work closely with other departments (e.g., marketing and sales) to align telemarketing strategies with broader business objectives, ensuring a cohesive approach to lead generation and customer outreach.
- Continuously assess and improve telemarketing scripts, processes, and tools to enhance efficiency, customer experience, and conversion rates.
- Analyze data from telemarketing campaigns and provide actionable feedback to senior management on performance, trends, and areas for improvement.
Required Knowledge and Competencies
Knowledge
- Degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in telemarketing or sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Experience developing and executing sales strategies that drive results.
- Fluent in English (100%).
- Advanced knowledge of SmartSheet is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM software and telemarketing tools, such as auto dialers and HubSpot.
- Knowledge of telemarketing list purchasing and handling.
