Medline Industries, LP is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to complete work orders, respond to emergencies, and support ongoing facility projects.

Applicants should have at least 3 years of general building maintenance experience, working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical and fire systems, and a valid Illinois driver's license. Weekend or overtime hours may be required to meet business needs.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of general building maintenance experience.
• Experience applying knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire systems.
• Valid Illinois driver's license.
• Willing to work weekends or overtime hours as business needs dictate.

Responsabilidades

• Complete and respond to all assigned work orders, trouble calls, and emergency maintenance calls.
• Maintain accurate record of all operating logs for fire pumps, generators, HVAC equipment, and other facility systems that are tested on a routine basis
• Perform repairs and facility support tasks. Tasks include, but are not limited to, light bulb/ballast replacement, door repairs, furniture installation, ceiling tile replacement, and maintaining operation logs.
• Perform carpentry duties such as painting, caulking, installing drywall, and installing shelving.
• Perform plumbing repairs such as unclogging drains, installing fixtures, and replacing internal components.
• Oversee projects as assigned. Projects will include minor space renovations, inventory management, contractor oversight, and building efficiency improvements.
• Perform other duties as assigned or as necessity dictates.
