ATS Mexico is seeking a TÉCNICO EN MANTENIMIENTO FACILITIES to support industrial maintenance activities in Santa Catarina. The role spans from entry to senior level with opportunities to develop hands-on skills in equipment repair, preventive maintenance, and basic electrical/mechanical tasks.

• Realizar reparaciones menores a máquinas industriales.

• Apoyo en trabajos de mantenimiento de instalaciones y equipos.
• Rotación de turnos según necesidades de planta.

Actividades de Facilities:

• Albañilería: resanes, reparaciones menores de muros y estructuras.
• Plomería: sanitarios, reparación y mantenimiento de tuberías de agua, gas y electricidad, grifería, desagües y conexiones hidráulicas.
• Tablaroca: instalación, reparación o mantenimiento de muros
• Pintura: aplicación, resane y retoques en áreas interiores y exteriores.
• Otras tareas menores relacionadas con mantenimiento general de las instalaciones
  • Atención en el acondicionamiento o mantenimiento general de las máquinas como limpieza del área, cambio de aceites, resane de pintura, otros
  • Apoyo en el mantenimiento y trabajos energizados, instalaciones residenciales o pruebas con energía hasta 460 V

REQUISITOS:

• Bachillerato (experiencia en Mtto), Técnico TSU Electromecánica Industrial, Mantenimiento Industrial, Mantenimiento en Sistemas Electrónicos, Mecatrónica, Electricidad, Electrónica
• Experiencia de 1 a 2 años en mantenimiento.
• Disponibilidad de rotar turnos

Our maintenance technicians have 2 paths they can take. They can stay on a technical path or a leadership path. On the technical path, we have 5 different technical levels based on experience. This is the progression in order associate maintenance technician, maintenance technician I, maintenance technician II, maintenance technician senior, and maintenance technician specialist. We have a technician progression program that allows technicians starting out in their craft to progress to mid level technician after 3 years. This program is for employees coming in as an associate technician or a technician. We focus on their technical development through the 70-20-10 learning model. We have our Skill Point training product to support them along the way. For all of our maintenance technicians, we require them to take an annual technical assessment. From this assessment and weighing in other factors, they have a development plan put in place in order to align them with their long and short term career aspirations.
