Johnson & Johnson Medical Mexico seeks a Technical in Laparoscopy (Integral Service Technician) to support surgical procedures in Monterrey hospitals. You will manage surgical equipment, inventory, and consumables, ensuring service delivery and timely reporting.

Role requires minimal formal experience and offers exposure to ISO 9001:2015 quality processes, with shifts including nights and on-call. English basics are helpful, and health-tech collaboration is central to this position.

Formación

• Academic preparation: High school diploma or technical degree (in progress)
• Basic English desired or optional
• Experience in hospitals not required but beneficial
• Quality system familiarity (ISO 9001:2015) preferred

Responsabilidades

• Assist physicians and health professionals during surgeries within the hospital assigned
• Manage and safeguard equipment, instruments, and disposable materials
• Prepare and timely deliver required reports and inventories
• Support basic on-boarding training for new technical assistants
• Complete surgery reports and hospital/service documentation
• Ensure adherence to ISO 9001:2015 quality systems

Propósito: Asistir de manera oportuna los procedimientos quirúrgicos en los hospitales asignados, siendo responsable del manejo de los equipos e instrumental, así como de los consumibles requeridos para la cirugía, asegurando el proceso para el cobro del servicio.

Principales Responsabilidades:

• Asistir a médicos, enfermeras y otros profesionales de la salud en cirugías dentro del alcance de la solución en el hospital asignado.
• Administrar, controlar y resguardar el inventario de equipo, instrumental y material desechable en el hospital.
• Elaborar y entregar oportunamente los reportes e inventarios requeridos.
• Apoyar a la capacitación básica de asistentes técnicos de nuevo ingreso.
• Realizar los reportes de cirugía (físicos y captura del folio digital), hospital y asistencia, así como trabajo administrativo asignado.
• Apego total al sistema de calidad ISO9001:2015, así como realizar la documentación que se requiera para el cumplimiento de los procesos.

Horario de trabajo: 7/24 (de acuerdo con programación quirúrgica; incluye turnos nocturnos y llamados por urgencias).

Área de trabajo: todo el territorio nacional, de acuerdo con hospital asignado.

Cualificaciones/ Requisitos:

• Preparación Académica: Preparatoria terminada o carrera técnica (en proceso)
• Idiomas: Ninguno
• Experiencia Laboral: No necesaria
• Deseable: Titulado en carreras acordes al área de salud.
• Experiencia laboral en hospitales.
• Segundo idioma: inglés básico.
