Qualifications

• Master's degree required in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in environmental management or sustainability, preferably in mining or heavy industry.
• Strong knowledge of environmental regulations, ESG frameworks, and sustainability reporting standards (e.g., GRI).
• Proven experience developing and implementing sustainability strategies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in English for international reporting and collaboration.
