Job summary

BD busca personal para roles de seguridad industrial en Cuautitlán Izcalli, México. Se encargará de revisar, auditar e implementar sistemas de seguridad en áreas productivas y de servicios, y de liderar acciones para cumplir normas y lineamientos corporativos.

Entre las responsabilidades está la investigación de accidentes, la participación en brigadas de emergencias y la impartición de capacitaciones, con enfoque en seguridad de manufactura y cumplimiento ambiental.

Qualifications

• Carrera Técnica o Ingeniería trunc a (Industrial, Eléctrica, Mecánica, Química).
• 2 años de experiencia en seguridad industrial.
• Buenas habilidades de Office (Office).
• Experiencia en emergencias (brigadas, primeros auxilios).
• Conocimientos en seguridad de maquinaria y sustancias peligrosas.

Responsibilities

• Revisa, audita e implementa sistemas de seguridad industrial.
• Realiza investigaciones de accidentes laborales y documenta acciones correctivas.
• Participa en brigadas de atención a emergencias.
• Gestiona documentos y actividades de seguridad.
• Imparte cursos de capacitación al personal.
• Apoya estrategias para incrementar la cultura de seguridad en manufactura.

Job Description Funciones y Responsabilidades:

• Revisa, audita e implementa sistemas de seguridad industrial llevando a cabo recorridos en las áreas productivas perimetrales y de servicios para garantizar que se siguen las normas de seguridad y que se cumplan los lineamientos corporativos.
• Realiza investigaciones de un accidente o lesión de trabajo documentando las mismas para implementar las acciones correctivas correspondientes y disminuir este índice.
• Participa en Brigadas de atención a emergencias.
• Administración y seguimientos a documentos y actividades.
• Imparte Cursos de capacitación al personal.
• Enfocado principalmente en áreas de manufactura dando soporte e implementando estrategias de incremento de Cultura de Seguridad.

Requisitos:

• Carrera Técnica o Ingenieria trunca (Industrial, Eléctrica, Mecánica, Química)
• Paquetería Office.
• 2 años de experiencia en el área de Seguridad (trabajos en alturas, electricidad)
• Atención a emergencias (brigada incendios, derrame de sustancias, primeros auxilios)
• Medio Ambiente (deseable)
• Identificaciones de sustancias
• Trabajo con contratistas
• Electricidad
• Disponibilidad de tiempo.
