Flex is seeking a Facilities Technician (Transport) located in Guadalajara Norte, supporting transportation yard operations. You will audit units, analyze population records, ensure SSyMA compliance, and quickly assist employees with information and service requests.

You will coordinate with suppliers, run satisfaction surveys, and oversee the “ruta segura” program while maintaining strong communication and teamwork in a demanding environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelors/Technical diploma or equivalent.
• Strong ability to manage client and vendor relationships.
• Ability to resolve problems quickly in resource-constrained settings.
• Work with limited supervision, occasionally reporting to third parties.
• Demonstrated leadership, assertive communication, productivity and motivation.

Responsibilities

• Perform random unit and operator audits.
• Analyze population records within units to optimize service.
• Monitor compliance with SSyMA area requirements.
• Respond promptly to Flex employee reports via phone or in person.
• Provide timely support to employees for service information requests.
• Request information from suppliers and review daily metric updates.
• Apply and monitor satisfaction surveys.
• Oversee and track the 'ruta segura' program.

Job Summary
Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new, independent publicly traded company, Axiom, with the spin planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support Axiom, a company focused on critical digital infrastructure and delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.

Flex tiene la intención de separar su segmento de Infraestructura de Nube y Energía en una nueva empresa independiente que cotizará en bolsa, Axiom, y se espera que la escisión se concrete en el primer trimestre de 2027. Si se lleva a cabo la escisión prevista, este puesto brindará apoyo a Axiom, una empresa centrada en infraestructura digital crítica y en ofrecer soluciones integrales de gestión térmica y energética para centros de datos de IA y otras aplicaciones de misión crítica.

El Técnico de Facilities ( Transporte) estará ubicado en GDL Norte. Soporte en patio de transporte.

Aquí hay algunos ejemplos de las actividades que estarás realizando:

• Realizar auditorías a las unidades y a los operadores en forma aleatoria
• Analizar registros de población en las unidades con el fin de optimización del servicio
• Supervisar el cumplimiento a los requerimientos del área de SSyMA
• Atender y dar seguimiento en forma ágil y oportuna a los reportes de empleados Flex vía telefónica o presencial.
• Dar soporte a los colaboradores en forma ágil y oportuna en sus requerimientos de información de los servicios.
• Solicitar a los proveedores la información que requerimos para llevar los métricos y revisar su actualización diaria.
• Aplicación y seguimiento a encuestas de satisfacción.
• Supervisión y seguimiento de programa “ruta segura”.

Habilidades indispensables para el rol:

• Bachillerato y/o carrera técnica
• Relación con clientes y proveedores.
• Resolver de manera práctica y con sentido de urgencia problemas y negociaciones en situaciones con limitantes recursos.
• Trabajar bajo limitada supervisión y en ocasiones reportarles a terceros.
• Liderazgo, comunicación asertiva, productividad y motivación
• Planificación, organización y coordinación.
• Trabajo en equipo/participar activamente en una meta en común.
