Flex is hiring a Facilities Technician (Fire Safety Systems) to be based in Guadalajara Norte. You will calibrate and adjust fire-detection devices, perform preventive maintenance on fire-suppression systems, and conduct regular hydrant and valve tests.

You’ll respond to alarms and assist in evacuations while supporting area modifications when needed. The role requires a technical degree, knowledge of hydraulics, basic electrical/electronic skills, and proficiency with AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• Formal technical education in IT/engineering or related field.
• Basic knowledge of mechanics, electricity and electronics.
• Understanding of hydraulic systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Must be able to work varying shifts and hours.

Responsabilités

• Calibrate and adjust fire-detection devices.
• Perform preventive maintenance on fire-suppression systems.
• Conduct monthly hydrant tests.
• Test riser and valve operations.
• Respond to alarms and evacuations as needed.
• Support area modifications as required.
