Flextronics - The Flex Company in Aguascalientes is seeking a Facilities Technician – Pneumatic to maintain and optimize pneumatic systems supporting production. You will manage air compressors, vacuum pumps, dryers, and distribution networks, ensuring reliability and energy efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience with industrial pneumatic systems.
• Experience with rotary screw and reciprocating air compressors.
• Experience with industrial vacuum pumps.
• Knowledge of refrigerated and desiccant dryers.
• Knowledge of basic instrumentation.
• Ability to detect and analyze leaks.
• Knowledge of monitoring and control systems.
• Availability to work shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on air compressors.
• Carry out maintenance on industrial vacuum pumps.
• Monitor compressed air pressure, flow, and quality parameters.
• Perform maintenance on dryers, filters, and storage tanks.
• Detect and repair leaks in pneumatic systems.
• Maintain compressed air distribution networks.
• Conduct basic energy efficiency analyses of compressors.
• Verify the operation of valves, actuators, and pneumatic components.
• Coordinate specialized services with external vendors.
• Respond to emergencies involving pneumatic and vacuum systems.
• Maintain operation and maintenance records.
• Participate in energy optimization projects.

What a typical day looks like:
