Placements24 is seeking an Agricultural Technician to provide remote support for field operations across sites in and around Puebla, Mexico. You will assist field agronomists by collecting data, analyzing weather, soil moisture, and crop-health information, and helping manage irrigation schedules.

The role requires a high school diploma in Agriculture or related field, 1–2 years of experience, and strong Spanish communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma in Agriculture, Agronomy, or a related technical field; a certificate or associate's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an agricultural setting or a related technical support role.
• Proficiency in using digital tools, mobile applications, and computer software for data management.
• Familiarity with basic agricultural concepts, including crop cycles, pest identification, and irrigation principles.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in Spanish.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing priorities in a remote environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience with farm management software or GIS is beneficial.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup.
• Knowledge of the agricultural landscape in or around Puebla, Puebla is an advantage.
