A global leader in digital services is seeking an experienced UI Lead to join their Monterrey office. The role entails managing onshore/offshore teams, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring UI designs meet modern standards using tools like Angular and Bootstrap. Candidates should have over 5 years of experience and strong debugging skills. A hybrid work model is offered, requiring 3 days in the office.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience as UI Lead.
• Strong understanding of Angular concepts and Micro Front End.
• Experience in responsive UI design using HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap.

Responsabilidades

• Manage onshore/offshore teams effectively.
• Work closely with Product Owners and stakeholders.
• Responsible for deliveries and deployment of user stories.

Job Description

• Full understanding of MFE (Micro front end)
• Overall understanding of Angular concept
• Responsive UI design- hands on experience (HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, flex)
• JEST unit testing - Must experience of writing unit test case for angular component/services
• Understanding of Figma prototype
• Solid in debugging skills
• Able to manage onshore/offshore team
• 5+ years of experience as UI Lead
• Able to collaborate cross team
• Excellent communication
• Closely work with PO/Stack holders
• Responsible for deliveries, deployment of user stories
• Good understanding of Agile
• Take ownership/responsibility of project activity.

Mandatory Skills / Requirements

• English 90%.
• Open to work on a Hybrid model from a secure location at Infosys Monterrey office (3 days per week from office)
