Essity in Reynosa, Mexico seeks a Maintenance Technician to establish production standards and train the production teams on safety, quality, and maintenance practices.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience, strong electronics knowledge, PLC basics, and familiarity with pneumatics and mechanical systems. Essity offers a collaborative environment and opportunities to grow within a global hygiene company.

Formación

• Experience in maintenance technician role with at least 3 years.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of electronics, motor controllers, temperature controls, pneumatics, and mechanical systems.

Responsabilidades

• Create standards for production processes and communicate/train production teams accordingly.
• Facilitate application of Global Manufacturing Excellence principles and tools (safety, quality, DDS, CILs maintenance, CL).

What You Will Do

Is the ultimately responsible for creating the standards in production process and for communication and training the production teams accordingly. Facilitates the application of Global Manufacturing Excellence principles and tools (work instructions and procedures for safety, quality, DDS, CILs maintenance, CL).
