About this Opportunity

We are looking for a skilled Technical Sourcer to join our team.

As a Technical Sourcer, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging with top technical talent to fill various roles across our organization.

Responsibilities

• You will partner with recruiters and customers to define and understand roles and customer value propositions.
• Identify, engage, qualify, and manage candidates across a variety of roles and customers.
• Strategically plan and build pipeline for hard‑to‑fill roles utilizing leading‑edge sourcing strategies to engage with premier talent.
• Use data and tools to continuously improve overall effectiveness–and share learnings and techniques with the rest of the team.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with top talent in the industry.
• The Ideal Candidate – 5+ years of experience working as a Technical Sourcer.

Qualifications

• Prior experience defining and executing sourcing strategies to engage and activate passive software engineering talent is a must.
• A passion for sourcing and finding top‑caliber candidates.
• You have experience using a variety of tools, websites, and techniques to find top technical talent.
• In‑depth knowledge of the tech industry, and expertise in modern technical skills, notable companies, and engineering communities.
• An established network of software engineers, data engineers, ML / AI experts, QAs, DevOps, and other product development professionals in Latin America.
• Previous experience working for a tech startup is highly preferred.
• You are passionate about helping people find jobs and companies find great technical talent.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks while working in an ambiguous, fast‑paced environment.
• Business‑level or higher fluency in English.
