Una empresa de servicios de tecnología en Aguascalientes busca un profesional para proporcionar soporte técnico básico. Las responsabilidades incluyen manejar solicitudes, diagnosticar problemas de hardware y gestionar accesos. Se requiere conocimiento básico de Windows y macOS, experiencia en herramientas de ticketing y habilidades en inglés técnico. Formación

  • Manejar y registrar solicitudes utilizando un sistema de tickets.
  • Diagnosticar problemas básicos de hardware.
  • Proporcionar soporte para software de oficina.
  • Escalar incidentes complejos a niveles superiores.

Conocimientos

Conocimientos básicos de sistemas operativos Windows y macOS
Familiaridad con redes LAN/Wi-Fi
Experiencia con herramientas de ticketing
Conocimiento de Active Directory

What you’ll do
  • Handle and log requests and incidents using a ticketing system (e.g., ServiceNow, Genesys).
  • Diagnose and resolve basic hardware issues (PCs, laptops, printers, peripherals).
  • Provide support for office software (Microsoft 365, browsers, antivirus, etc.).
  • Manage access and passwords (Active Directory, corporate email).
  • Escalate complex incidents to higher support levels.
  • Document solutions and technical procedures.
What You’ll Bring
  • Basic knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
  • Familiarity with LAN/Wi‑Fi networks and connectivity concepts.
  • Experience using ticketing and documentation tools.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory and user management.
  • Experience with collaboration tools (Teams, LogMeIn) is a plus.
  • Technical and conversational English (for documentation and direct communication with users).
