We are looking for a Technical Service Manager who will lead the implementation of new formulas and processes, ensure compliance with GMP and standards, and drive productivity, quality, and cost optimization. You will also support continuous improvement, strengthen cross-functional collaboration, and help deliver safe, high-quality products that meet customer expectations while aligning with Sensient’s business goals of service, quality, cost, and safety.

What you’ll do :

• Execute new product development, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams within the Business Unit, in order to launch new products to market within an expected timeframe.
• Lead food applications with color solutions to meet customer needs, supporting the commercial strategy and driving business growth in the region.
• Ensure technical service to customers through technical expertise in applications and the development process.
• Provide support to Sales Executives in customer opportunities and through the development of internal knowledge.

What you’ll bring :

Bachelor's degree or engineering degree in chemistry, food chemistry, or related field.

Experience in PetFood, Beverages, Dairy and Pharma segments

Experience in new product development, food applications, and project management.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in personnel management.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including written and verbal. Internal and external (customers).
• Travel availability up to 40% to visit customers.
• Time management.
