ITT Inc. busca un técnico de servicio para ponerse en marcha y mantener bombas en sitio en Tizayuca, Hidalgo, MX. El candidato ideal posee experiencia en puesta en marcha, mantenimiento predictivo y diagnóstico de fallas en bombas centrífugas, con nivel intermedio-avanzado de inglés y certificado en vibración o alineación de ejes.

Se espera dedicación al cliente y capacidad para trabajar bajo presión, con disponibilidad para viajar dentro de la región según necesidad de proyectos.

Qualificações

• Se requiere título en Ingeniería Mecánica, Eléctrica o Industrial.
• Experiencia mínima de 3 años en puesta en marcha de bombas y mantenimiento predictivo/correctivo.
• Conocimientos de pruebas de bombas y normas API.
• Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y entrenar al personal.

Responsabilidades

• Identificar oportunidades de reparación de bombas y realizar start-up.
• Evaluar fallas y diagnosticar fallos en campo.
• Elaborar informes de servicio detallados para clientes.
• Mantener herramientas y equipos en buen estado de funcionamiento.

Responsabilidades Esenciales

Perform the following services following company procedures:

• Identify potential pump repair opportunities.
• Pump Commissioning and Start-up.
• Warranty Evaluation on-site.
• Customer surveys and evaluations.
• Diagnoses and troubleshooting Repairs.
• Prepare detailed Service Reports for customers and company.
• Follow the company expenses policy and submit expense reports in timely matters and within the limits established in the company expenses policy.
• Maintain tools/work equipment in good working conditions.
• Problem solving.
• Maintain a customer focus to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requisitos del Puesto

EDUCATION: Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineer.

CREDENTIALS OR CERTIFICATIONS: Vibration Analysis Level I (Level II Desirable) Shaft Alignment certification (Desirable) English (Intermediate - Advanced)

EXPERIENCE: at least 3 years of verified experience on:

• Pump Start-up & operation.
• Predictive / corrective pumps maintenance.
• Pump Test and API Norms Reference.
• Work Under Pressure.
• Personal Training skills.

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE / TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES

• Full knowledge on Hydraulics & Centrifugal Pumps.
• Intermediate Electric Motor & Diesel Engines knowledge.
• Basic VFD Operation.

Basic Process Knowledge.
