A leading manufacturing organization in Mexico is seeking a Technical Leader to oversee process development and ensure the quality of new product introductions. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 10 years of experience, strong knowledge of PCBA processes, and expertise in Autocad. Responsibilities include direct and indirect labor calculations and project follow-up with customers. Strong understanding of quality core tools is essential for success in this role.

Formación

• 5 to 10 years of technical experience as an Industrial Engineer or Technical Leader.
• Proven knowledge of PCBA process concept creation.
• Experience in creating layouts using Autocad or equivalent.
