A financial technology company based in Veracruz is seeking a Technical Lead Manager to lead engineering teams and drive process improvements. 5+ years in software engineering roles. 2+ years managing engineering teams (ideally in a scaling or high‑growth environment).
Strong technical background with ability to guide architecture discussions, code quality, and best practices. Familiarity with modern development workflows, CI / CD practices, cloud platforms (AWS / GCP), and agile methodologies. Comfortable working within Jira, GitHub, and other modern SDLC tools. Familiarity with our tech stack: Backend / APIs (Java / Spring, Python, Go), Frontend (JS / Angular / React), AWS tools (ECS, Lambdas), GCP tools (BigQuery, pub‑sub), DB (Postgres, MongoDB), GraphQL, CI / CD (Pulumi, Jenkins, CodeMagic), Observability (DataDog). Strong technical documentation and knowledge‑sharing practices.
Proven experience leading cross‑functional, high‑performing teams. Strong foundation in people leadership practices, including one‑on‑ones, performance management, coaching, and career development. Servant leadership approach focused on enabling and amplifying others' impact.
Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written) in Spanish and proficiency in English for cross‑functional collaboration.
