Responsibilities

• We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Delivery Manager to lead and drive outcomes across multiple Scrum teams. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful delivery of software products by overseeing the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Enforcing Engineering And Quality Assurance Best Practices
• Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in software delivery, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership or delivery management role.
• Proven experience managing multiple agile teams and delivering complex software projects.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and QA processes.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Git, Jenkins, and test automation frameworks.

Globant will cover relocation expenses to Monterrey for candidates hired for this position. This benefit applies only upon official hiring, for candidates with a Seniority level of Semi Senior Advanced (Ssr Adv) or above, and in accordance with the company’s internal policies.
