The Technical Accounting team focuses on learning essential responsibilities and increasing independence as experience grows. Team members have accounting experience and responsibility for priority clients. They drive unit performance and proactively identify trends in their portfolios, steering performance and contributing to the XFT. The team serves as drivers of standard operating procedures, guidelines, key controls and change management initiatives.
As a Technical Accountant, you'll oversee financial transactions and relationships for assigned client portfolios while ensuring compliance with our rigorous standards. You'll be empowered to identify opportunities for improvement and drive positive change within our processes.
You're a proactive accounting professional with strong analytical skills and attention to detail. You thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can apply your financial expertise while building relationships with stakeholders. Your problem-solving abilities and self-motivation allow you to navigate complex situations and deliver consistent results.
Our company has a hybrid work model where the expectation is that you will be in the office at least three days per week
