Formación

• 5+ years of experience in recruitment or technical recruitment.
• Proven experience managing or mentoring recruitment teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the full recruitment lifecycle and drive excellence.
• Manage and develop the local recruitment team.
• Train new recruiters and ensure consistent training.
