You will collaborate across functions, perform code reviews, stay current with Microsoft trends, and ensure performance meets standards as the team delivers enterprise-grade applications.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor a team of developers in Microsoft technologies solutions design and implementation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and create technical specifications.
• Develop and maintain applications using .NET, Azure, SQL Server, and SharePoint.
• Ensure quality and performance of solutions meet established standards and requirements.
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in Microsoft technologies solutions.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
