About the Role Mirai RiskTech is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Tech Analyst to join our Consulting team. The successful candidate will support data processing, automation, analysis, and integration initiatives while collaborating with consultants, technical specialists, and client stakeholders. This role offers the opportunity to work in enterprise data environments, participate in software implementation projects, and contribute to innovative solutions for leading financial institutions worldwide.

Your profile

Key Responsibilities

• Support data extraction, transformation, and validation activities.
• Develop and maintain scripts using Python to automate processes and improve efficiency.
• Assist in analyzing data quality issues and identifying potential solutions.
• Support the preparation and integration of client data into Mirai's software platform.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand business requirements and technical specifications.
• Participate in testing and validation processes for software implementations.
• Document workflows, procedures, and technical specifications.
• Assist with troubleshooting data-related issues and support project delivery activities.

Qualifications

• Technical Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of Python programming (required).
• Understanding of programming fundamentals, algorithms, and data structures.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Data Warehouses and enterprise data environments.
• Knowledge of ETL processes and data integration tools is preferred, but not mandatory.

Preferred Profile We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly analytical professional with strong problem-solving abilities and a genuine interest in programming, data management, and technology-driven solutions. The ideal candidate is someone who:

• Demonstrates solid programming skills in Python and is comfortable developing scripts to automate processes, manipulate data, and solve technical challenges.
• Has exposure to working with databases, ETL processes, or data integration environments, either through academic projects, internships, or professional experience.
• Possesses a strong understanding of data structures, data quality principles, and basic data transformation processes, with the ability to support accurate and reliable software implementations.

Location This position is based in Mexico City and primarily follows a remote work model, with occasional on-site meetings as needed for business purposes.
