A global professional services firm is seeking a Team Leader to lead data center construction projects in Querétaro, Mexico. The ideal candidate will have at least 12–14 years of project management experience, including strong leadership skills and a background in mission-critical infrastructure projects. This role requires effective communication and stakeholder engagement to drive successful project outcomes.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Leader to join our growing Project Management team and lead the delivery of complex data center construction projects in Querétaro, Mexico. This role is ideal for a professional with strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a proven track record in managing mission-critical projects.
The Team Leader will coordinate project activities, ensure effective communication, and maintain compliance with governance and quality standards. This position requires a proactive approach to risk management, stakeholder engagement, and team development, while driving exceptional results throughout the project lifecycle.
