Main Responsibilities

• Follow up and administrative control of staff in charge
• Monitoring and compliance of indicators
• Responsible for operational reports
• Ensuring day by day activities of app Team
• Support and back up of Team Leader Call Center
• Creation of proposals for strategies for continuous improvement

• Microsoft office (intermediate Excel)
