If so, we are looking for a Team Lead, Program Management to join our Promotional Materials Management-Marketing Ops team in Mexico City. If this sounds like you, read on and apply today!

As a Team Lead, Program Management, you will:

  • Serve as the system administrator, configuring and managing workflows, templates, and reporting within Adobe Workfront.
  • Provide strategic oversight and leadership, driving operational excellence and implementing process improvements.
  • Lead and mentor a team, managing the transition from “peer to boss” and setting boundaries while maintaining morale.
  • Balance business needs against team preferences when implementing new processes.
  • Use data‑driven decision-making to prioritise projects and optimise the use of marketing project management tools.
Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate who can bring the following skills and experiences to the table:

  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing project management, with a strong focus on strategic vision.
  • Extensive experience in Adobe Workfront Administration (e.g., configuring workflows, managing user access).
  • Certification in Adobe Workfront is preferred. Experience with people management and mentorship.
  • Level 7 competencies, including strategic thinking, change management, and conflict resolution skills.
Nice to have
  • Experience with Veeva Vault PromoMats or integration tools like Workfront Fusion.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification.
