Boldr is seeking an experienced Team Lead in Mexico (San Luis Potosí) to supervise a customer support team, ensure quality standards, and monitor performance metrics. The role emphasizes coaching, training, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver exceptional client experiences.

The role will require keen attention to detail while maintaining productivity at defined proficiency levels.
