Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in corporate taxation.
• Experience in a tax advisory firm, Big Four, or specialized tax boutique.
• Pure Tax Advisory / strategic tax consulting background for external clients.
• Experience leading teams and managing multiple projects.
• Advanced professional English.
• Certified / licensed Public Accountant.

Responsibilities

• Design and assessment of tax strategies.
• Corporate restructurings and mergers/spin-offs.
• Handling dividends and capital reductions, share disposals.
• Preparation of tax memoranda, opinions, and technical consultations.
• Analyze alternatives, risks, and tax implications.
• Advise multinational companies and large taxpayers; manage cross-border matters.
• Billing, project profitability tracking, and client relationship management.
