A leading staffing service provider in Querétaro is seeking a Talent Data Analyst. In this role, you will analyze and visualize data to improve decision-making in the organization. The ideal candidate has over 3 years of experience in Business Intelligence, strong analytic skills, and familiarity with tools like SSIS and Python. You will work closely with stakeholders to deliver data solutions while enjoying flexible work arrangements and personalized compensation options.

Formación

• At least 3 years of experience developing Business Intelligence dashboards and reports.
• Understanding of top-of-the-line Data Analysis tools.
• Strong organizational skills with a disciplined approach.

Responsabilidades

• Understand the Talent funnel and architect a Data solution from scratch.
• Work with stakeholders to understand reporting needs.
• Cleanse and massage data into the shape required.
