Formación

  • Fluent English (written and spoken, C1/C2 level).
  • Strong experience in headhunting and proactive sourcing.
  • Prior experience recruiting for U.S.-based roles.

  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience.

As we continue expanding across the U.S., we’re hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead sourcing and recruitment efforts across departments, with a focus on sales, operations, and support roles.

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced recruiter with strong headhunting skills and the ability to manage the entire recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing to offer. You’ll work closely with hiring managers, identify top talent, and help shape a high‑performing, mission‑driven team. This is a great fit for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑ownership environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source and engage top candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and other channels.
  • Manage job postings, candidate pipelines, and interview scheduling.
  • Conduct candidate screenings and assess alignment with role and culture.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to align on priorities and hiring plans.
  • Maintain and optimize our ATS and recruitment workflows.
  • Provide a great candidate experience from first contact to offer.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proficiency in ATS platforms, Google Suite, and Slack.
