A leading investment management firm in Mexico is seeking an experienced recruiter to attract top talent for software development and enterprise sales roles. The role involves creating innovative recruiting processes and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey. Candidates should have at least 3 years of internal recruitment experience, a relevant Bachelor's degree, and proficiency in English.

Formación

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in internal recruitment.
  • At least 1 year working fully remote (100%).
  • At least 1 year of experience recruiting for IT roles.

Responsibilities
  • Finding and attracting top talent for various roles including software development, enterprise sales, and customer success
  • Working closely with hiring managers and founders to understand hiring needs and challenges
  • Creating and improving recruiting processes using technology for large-scale sourcing and selection
  • Supporting candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a great candidate experience
  • Managing multiple open positions simultaneously
  • Applying creative sourcing techniques to find exceptional talent
  • Collaborating on broader talent initiatives such as onboarding, training, performance management, career planning, and culture building
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Labor Relations, Human Resources, or similar
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in internal recruitment
  • At least 1 year working fully remote (100%)
  • At least 1 year of experience recruiting for IT roles
  • English proficiency: B2 or higher
  • Desire to solve ambitious challenges and manage long, multi-stage evaluation processes
  • Ability to multitask across different vacancies simultaneously
  • Ingenuity to find new ways of sourcing great talent
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work autonomously with a results orientation
