Iron Mountain is seeking a strategic, experienced, and motivated Talent Acquisition Operations Partner to join our global Talent Acquisition team.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving the strategy and continuous improvement of the recruiting technology stack and global processes. This role is critical to driving operational excellence across our global Talent Acquisition organization.
This individual will serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on recruiting operations, capable of synthesizing complex information, connecting dots across programs, and representing the voice of recruiting in high-impact cross-functional initiatives.
In this role, you will:
Strategically Manage the Technology Stack: Own and continuously improve the recruiting technology stack, providing Subject Matter Expert (SME) guidance on operational tooling and process optimization.
Collaborate and Influence Outcomes: Act as a trusted partner to Talent Acquisition and work with cross-functional teams (Human Resources, Information Technology, Finance) to achieve operational and technology implementation outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have:
5+ years of experience in recruiting operations or Human Resources operations or related field.
Strong knowledge of deploying, prioritizing, and creating roadmaps for large enterprise-wide systems, including extensive hands-on experience with Workday.
Proven ability in stakeholder management, global change management, and project management utilizing methodologies like Agile, Lean, or Design Thinking.
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
