A support services company is seeking a Support Specialist, Integration to assist customers with R365 software integrations. This remote role requires native or fully fluent Spanish and conversational English. The candidate will manage communications via tickets, chats, and calls to resolve customer issues regarding software functions. Candidates should have a background in customer communication and integration support.

The Support Specialist, Integration is responsible for helping R365 customers with all R365 software (non-POS) integrations functions, including payroll, direct bank connection, and vendor invoice upload, keyed entry, and payment.

They manage pertinent customer communications through tickets, live chats, and phone calls.
