Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Mexico is seeking a Supply Demand Analyst to balance customer demand with available supply and to support critical planning and execution.

You will analyze data, identify risks and opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to protect commitments and revenue. You will develop reporting and scenarios using Excel, Power BI, Snowflake, and RapidResponse, contribute to improved planning, and communicate insights to stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Data Analytics, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in demand planning, supply chain planning, sales operations, revenue operations, or related analytics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to convert data into insights.

Responsibilities

• Analyze demand, backlog, forecasts, and supply availability to identify risks and opportunities.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align demand and supply assumptions for planning decisions.
• Evaluate plan feasibility and allocation needs to support commitments and constrained planning.
• Develop reporting and scenario analyses using Excel, Power BI, Snowflake, and RapidResponse.
• Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders to improve execution.
