The Supply Chain Reports Analyst provides critical frontline and back office field location support by helping report and track revenue management activities as well as settlement support reporting activities to ensure driver and settlement clerk activities are compliant and any issues / trends are resolved.
The role entails data collection, analysis / insight sharing, taking action to resolve reporting or revenue issues, tracking all report generation and issue status with PBNA field leaders, and providing ad-hoc support to help ensure support is provided even when unique or unforeseen situations require team support.
The team would be expected to perform reporting and tracking via ERT and other tools covering areas such as budget, pricing and helps resolve ad hoc customer issues via research, analysis and provide customer communication as needed.
