Job summary

3M is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst for Cd. Juárez, Chih. on-site. The role focuses on planning and scheduling production, purchasing to support production, and optimizing inventory and service levels across the supply chain.

The candidate should have a bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of experience in manufacturing operations or logistics, with advanced English and ERP/MRP experience. Travel up to 5% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Manufacturing Operations, Supply Chain and/or Logistics.
• Advanced English required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, OneNote).
• Experience with ERP, MPS & MRP integrated or not integrated systems.

Responsibilities

• Planning and Scheduling of Production Orders.
• Placing Purchase Orders to support Production.
• Managing capacity, constraints, and balancing service, inventory, and cost in the supply chain.
• Leading Lean Six Sigma projects and collaborating with Business partners.
