Xerox Holdings Corporation in Juárez is seeking a Supply Chain Administrator to coordinate and balance manufacturing needs, customer service, inventory levels, and delivery costs across the Juarez Campus.

You will manage supply and demand activities, develop reports on demand, production and inventory, and support achievement of inventory targets, with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business, a technical field, or a related area.
• 5 to 7 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of supply chain administration, materials administration, SAP, Microsoft Office, and LEAN manufacturing tools.
• Effective negotiation, problem solving, analysis, and communication skills.
• Advanced English proficiency and ability to travel as required; APICS certification is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage supply and demand activities for products within or across business units.
• Develop reports related to demand, production, and inventory and communicate status in appropriate meetings.
• Support achievement of company inventory targets based on forecast accuracy and recommend strategies to improve manufacturing effectiveness.
• Serve as a process steward for planning processes and stay current on sales forecasts, manufacturing, planning, new product introductions, company metrics, and related supply chain topics.
• Establish short and long term objectives aligned with company goals and support Operational Excellence initiatives and projects.
