Carrier Transicold Polska Sp. z o.o. is seeking a Supply Chain NPI Specialist to support new product introductions and strategic sourcing for CHVAC products. You will drive supplier selection, cost optimization, risk mitigation and ensure program launches with cross-functional teams.

The role requires a engineering background, 5+ years in sourcing, and strong ERP and Excel skills. English proficiency and regional manufacturing exposure are essential for success.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, supply chain, manufacturing, quality, or supplier management.
• Experience negotiating with suppliers, managing quotations, and supporting sourcing initiatives in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or BPCS, with advanced Excel skills.
• Advanced English communication skills (C1 level).

About the role

The Supply Chain NPI Specialist will play a key role in supporting new product introductions and strategic sourcing initiatives for CHVAC products. This position is responsible for driving supplier selection, cost optimization, risk mitigation, and supply chain resilience while collaborating closely with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and finance teams. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical skills, supplier management expertise, and a strategic mindset to ensure successful program launches and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

As a Supply Chain NPI Specialist you'll be responsible for:

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies focused on cost, quality, delivery performance, and supply continuity.

Requirements

We are looking for people who are proactive, analytical, collaborative, and results-driven.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, supply chain, manufacturing, quality, or supplier management.
• Experience negotiating with suppliers, managing quotations, and supporting sourcing initiatives in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or BPCS, along with advanced Excel skills.
• Advanced English communication skills (C1 level).

Nice to have

• Experience within HVAC, automotive, metal-mechanical, copper fabrication, or assembly manufacturing industries.
• Knowledge of blueprint interpretation and technical drawing review.
• Experience supporting new product introductions (NPI) and digital transformation initiatives within supply chain operations.
