Indorama Ventures busca un líder de Supply Chain para supervisar y optimizar las operaciones en México, incluyendo IBP, S&OP e inventario, asegurando continuidad y rendimiento.

Se requiere experiencia en gestión de demanda, suministro, logística y proyectos de transformación, con inglés avanzado y manejo de SAP/Oracle. Reporta a áreas transversales para impulsar mejoras y control de costos.

Formación

• Titulación en cadena de suministro, logística, ingeniería o administración.

Responsabilidades

• Liderar IBP y S&OP para México.
• Equilibrar demanda, suministro, capacidad de producción e inventario.
• Gestionar operaciones logísticas, redes de transporte y procesos de import/export.
• Colaborar con áreas comerciales, manufactura, finanzas y servicio al cliente.
• Impulsar optimización de inventario y capital de trabajo.
• Desarrollar equipos de planificación y logística.
• Monitorear KPIs y diseñar acciones de mejora.
• Apoyar proyectos estratégicos de transformación en la cadena de suministro.

¿Qué buscamos?

Supply Chain ManagerResponsible for running, delivering and optimizing the Mexican Supply Chain and logistics operations.

Develop, lead, and continuously improve the Integrated Business Planning process, including demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, and logistics execution, to ensure alignment between market demand, production capabilities, supply availability, and working capital objectives in the short and medium term. The position is responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end supply chain solutions across logistics, warehousing, materials management, imports/exports, and distribution, while partnering with Procurement to support sourcing alignment, supplier availability, and execution of business requirements. The Supply Chain Manager will oversee product lines manufactured in Mexico as well as imported products sold within the region, driving cross-functional alignment with manufacturing, commercial, finance, procurement, and regional supply chain teams to support business growth, improve operational efficiency, mitigate supply risks, optimize inventory and logistics performance, and deliver sustainable financial results.

What we are looking for:

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain leader to oversee end-to-end Supply Chain operations across Mexico, combining strategic planning with strong logistics execution. This role is responsible for leading Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Management, Logistics, and Import & Export activities while driving operational excellence, service performance, and working capital optimization.

The ideal candidate brings a strong manufacturing background, deep logistics expertise, and proven experience leading teams through transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.

How your day will be like:

• Lead the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes.
• Balance demand, supply, production capacity, and inventory levels to ensure business continuity.
• Manage logistics operations, transportation networks, warehousing activities, and import/export processes.
• Partner closely with Commercial, Manufacturing, Finance, Customer Service, and regional Supply Chain teams.
• Drive inventory optimization and working capital improvement initiatives.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and ensure supply continuity to customers.
• Lead and develop Planning and Logistics teams, building capabilities and fostering a high-performance culture.
• Monitor key performance indicators and implement continuous improvement actions to enhance service, cost, and operational efficiency.
• Support strategic projects and transformation initiatives across the Supply Chain organization. What we expect from you:

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of Supply Chain experience in manufacturing environments.
• Strong experience in end-to-end Supply Chain management.
• Proven background in Logistics, Transportation, Warehousing, and Import & Export operations.
• Solid experience with Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Management, S&OP, and IBP processes.
• Experience managing multimodal transportation networks, including road, rail, bulk, air, and intermodal transportation.
• Demonstrated people leadership experience managing and developing teams.
• Advanced English proficiency required.
• Experience with SAP and/or Oracle systems.
• Experience within Chemical, Petrochemical, Specialty Chemicals, or related manufacturing industries is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of international trade compliance and global supply chain operations is considered an advantage.
