Minth México is seeking an experienced SQE professional to lead risk control in mass production, manage a local team, and collaborate with operations to optimize supplier performance.

The candidate should have over 3 years in SQE, category knowledge spanning stamping, molding, extrusion, die-casting, forging and electronics, and familiarity with IATF16949 and Six Tools. Strong GD&T and drawing interpretation skills are required to coordinate internal and supplier quality actions.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years experience in SQE.
• Category knowledge: stamping, injection molding, extrusion, die-casting, forging, precision electronics, surface treatment.
• Familiar with IATF16949, Six Tools, and VDA6.3.
• Proficient in GD&T, drawing interpretation, inspection tools, and material knowledge.
• Strong teamwork and communication for internal and supplier coordination.

Responsabilidades

• Risk control in the mass production process.
• Local team management (talents retention, development, etc.).
• Participate in daily communication and meetings with the operation team; offer professional support and solutions on supplier management.
