As part of the EXSM team, the Supplier Development Engineer (SDE) will focus on Electric, Electronics, Wiring Harness & Cables, Engine Installation & Cooling, and Cab Component categories, ensuring supplier quality, compliance with technical and regulatory standards, and driving continuous improvement. This role supports localization strategies in North America and enhances supplier performance to strengthen operational excellence and competitiveness.
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Advanced proficiency in English (reading, writing, and verbal communication) is required.
Ensures robust PPAP execution by supporting implementation for new components and systems, meeting internal standards and customer requirements, completing all required approval elements, and researching best practices to apply PPAP effectively across diverse component categories.
On‑site work based in Santa Catarina, Nuevo León.
Work schedule is Monday to Friday.
Travel Requirement: Availability to travel up to 30% of the time. International and domestic travel.
