Maintain and supervise inventory data, ensuring the correct flow of materials from warehouse to production lines, while meeting final customer requirements.

Role Responsibilities

• Receiving and storage: Verify materials against documentation, record in system, and ensure proper location, receipt, and preservation.
• Material supply to production lines: Guarantee timely supply through control systems (Kanban/ERP).
• Outbound logistics: Coordinate shipments, documentation, and transportation in compliance with customer requirements.
• Inventory accuracy: Supervise cycle counts, correct discrepancies, and keep system information updated.
• Personnel management: Assign tasks, train staff, and evaluate team performance.
• Safety and continuous improvement: Comply with safety/5S standards, propose process improvements to optimize KPIs, ensure 6S practices and warehouse maintenance.
• FIFO compliance: Guarantee First In, First Out material rotation.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 3 years of experience supervising warehouse operations such as material receiving, inventory control, line feeding, shipment coordination, and personnel management.
• Proficiency in Oracle or similar ERP system.
• Strong knowledge of Excel and warehouse management systems.
• English intermediate

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of storage and rotation methods (LIFO, FIFO).
• Experience in cycle counting and inventory control.
• Certification in warehouse management or supply chain (preferred).
• Experience with logistics KPIs (OTIF, service level, inventory accuracy).
• Knowledge of safety and hygiene regulations.
