Responsibilities

• Oversee the efficient picking, packing, and loading of outbound orders for dispatch.
• Ensure accurate recording of all inbound and outbound inventory movements in the WMS.
• Train, schedule, and manage the performance of warehouse staff in the receiving and shipping departments.
• Implement and enforce safety procedures in the receiving and dispatch areas.
• Coordinate with transportation carriers for timely pick-ups and deliveries.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dock areas and surrounding warehouse space.

Our client is looking for an experienced and vigilant Supervisor de Recepción y Despacho de Mercancías to oversee the critical functions of goods intake and dispatch at their facility in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, MX . This role is essential for maintaining inventory accuracy, ensuring timely shipment of orders, and managing the workflow of the receiving and shipping docks. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and leadership skills to manage a team.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet demanding deadlines.
• Understanding of safe material handling practices.
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting and standing for extended periods.
• Proficiency in Spanish.
