Stanley Black & Decker in Apodaca, Mexico is seeking a Production Supervisor for the Monterrey Plant. You will lead production lines on shift, ensure safety and quality, and drive continuous improvement while coordinating staff and resources to meet targets.

The role requires 3 years in supervision, 5 years in manufacturing, and experience with SAP and MS Office. English proficiency around 70% is preferred, with strong teamwork and leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Start up and supervise shifts of production lines on time.
• Administer and supervise associates ensuring EHS and quality compliance.
• Develop work plans, set priorities and organize resources.
• Ensure SQDCP filling and achieve goals via continuous improvement.
• Participate in continuous improvement events for lines.
• Contribute to 5S audits and follow up on implementations.
• Start/stop production lines and monitor line performance.
• Monitor attendance and behavior issues among personnel.
• Verify payroll processing for associates.
• Provide protective equipment and replacements as needed.
• Participate in Kaizen events for production lines.

The Job:

As a Production Supervisor, you’ll be part of our Operations team working as an onsite employee.

You’ll get to:

• Responsible for start-upsend shifts of production lines on time. Supervises assigned staff. It is responsible for metrics
• Administration and supervision of associates promoting compliance with EHS and quality guidelines.
• Development of work plan, define priorities and order according to resources.
• Responsible for compliance with the filling of the SQDCP and achievement of goals through continuous improvement.
• Participate in continuous improvement events in assigned lines
• Contribute to the 5's program of the plant, performing its monthly audits assigned on time and following up on the implementation or maintenance in its lines / areas .
• Start/stop production lines/machines on time.
• Follow-up of personnel with incidences of absenteeism or inappropriate behavior.
• Check that the payroll of the associates is processed correctly.
• Provide associates with appropriate protective equipment and replacement.
• Participation in the development of Kaizen events for production lines.
