We are looking for a Production Supervisor to join our team at Ciénega de Flores.

What can you look forward to as Production Supervisor:

• Monitor and promptly update production schedules in the plant across all operational areas.
• Ensure compliance with the guidelines outlined in technical instructions and other documents assigned to the different production areas.
• Make sure all pre-use checklists for machinery and equipment in the plant are correctly completed.
• Properly follow the cleaning plans assigned to each operational area and perform daily inspections.
• Use and verify that personnel under your supervision wear the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) assigned to their work position.
• Check the proper functioning and use of trash containers and special waste containers located in work areas and/or the yard.
• Continuously promote the formation of work teams to achieve the goals and objectives set by the production management, as well as encourage the development of the personnel under your supervision.
• Responsible for meeting daily production cybersecurity requirements and ensuring the prerequisite conditions for connecting the PLC or other controllers to shop-floor solutions.

Your Profile as Production Supervisor:

Willing to learn:

• Professional degree or equivalent – Mechatronics Engineer or similar (Industrial, Electronic, etc.)
• 2–4 years in a similar position
• Basic English (reading and emails)
• Oracle
• MS Office Suite
• Intermediate Excel (pivot tables, formulas)
• Tress for incident management
• Availability to work rotating shifts (3 shifts)
